PeerlyHttpServer.js - Forgetting to call stopHttpServer means the port is lost until the browser is restarted

description

Because there are no finalizers or destructors in Javascript if the PeerlyHttpServer instance goes out of scope without having a call to stopHttpServer then the port won't be usable until the browser is shut down (or the phone goes to sleep or whatever). Eventually we should fix this.

We are changing the design so this is no longer relevant.
